Traditions - Past and Present

Originally two village cottages, circa 1810, over the years the two cottages evolved into a shop. Tastefully and sympathetically restored by the owner, Georgina Lott, Traditions is now a thriving business, with several dealers providing a continually changing stock to suit every taste and affordability.

Set on two floors, our stock includes antique furniture, silver, glass, porcelain, jewellery, mirrors, lighting, soft furnishings and general collectables. In addition there is a wide range of gifts for every occasion together with later furniture and flowers, either sold individually or created into beautiful arrangements.

We can also arrange furniture restoration and upholstery to exceptionally high standards of workmanship. In Traditions our customers can find presents for less than £10 as well as serious antiques.
